(Reuters) -Financial technology firm CompoSecure, backed by David Cote, is set to acquire Husky Technologies, a provider of injection-molding equipment, from Platinum Equity for roughly $5 billion including debt, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
