South Korea antitrust regulator inspect Arm Holdings’ office in Seoul, Bloomberg News reports
(Reuters) -South Korea’s antitrust regulator visited the Seoul offices of Arm Holdings this week as part of ongoing scrutiny of the company’s licensing practices, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The visit follows a complaint from Qualcomm, which alleges that the British semiconductor and software design company is restricting access to its technology and harming competition after more than 20 years of operating an open network.
Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
Arm and Qualcomm did not immediately respond to Reuters’ requests for a comment.
