Digital Logistics Platform (“Beon”), on Thursday announced that Alan Gershenhorn, Executive Chair of the Company’s Board of Managers (the “Board”) and an experienced logistics industry leader, has been appointed Interim CEO of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr. Gershenhorn has extensive experience in the freight, supply chain management, and logistics industries, and has served on the Company’s Board since 2018 and as Executive Chair since late 2022.

Mr. Gershenhorn’s appointment follows Ken Beyer’s resignation as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer to pursue another opportunity outside of the freight industry. The Board will initiate a process to identify the Company’s next permanent CEO, which will include consideration of internal and external candidates.

At the same time, our Board will conduct a comprehensive search to identify a permanent leader to build on our strong operating performance and drive growth by facilitating our customers’ success.”

These leaders, along with Bryan Rueger, Chief People Officer, and Mike Manders, Senior Vice President Growth Enablement, will continue to work alongside Mr. Gershenhorn to steer TI, NTG, and Beon toward future success.

Mr. Gershenhorn has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Managers since 2018 and Executive Chair since 2022. Most recently, Mr. Gershenhorn served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”). Prior to his role as UPS’s CCO, Mr. Gershenhorn held roles of increasing responsibility at UPS over his nearly four-decade tenure. He also has experience serving on the Boards of Directors for supply chain, distribution, and logistics companies.
