CHICAGO (AP) — CHICAGO (AP) — Methode Electronics Inc. (MEI) on Wednesday reported a loss of $9.9 million in its fiscal second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Chicago-based company said it had a loss of 28 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and restructuring costs, came to 19 cents per share.

The maker of electrical components for the auto and computer industries posted revenue of $246.9 million in the period.

Methode expects full-year revenue in the range of $900 million to $1 billion.
