Coinbase set to reincorporate in Texas

(Reuters) ​-Cryptocurrency ‌exchange Coinbase ‌is reincorporating in the new ⁠business ‌hub of Texas,‍ and is set to ​leave ‌Delaware, the company said in a ⁠filing on ​Wednesday.​
