Employee benefits provider Unum Group (NYSE:UNM) will be reporting earnings this Monday after market hours. Here’s what to look for.

Unum Group beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 1.5% last quarter, reporting revenues of $3.38 billion, up 4.2% year on year. It was a softer quarter for the company, with a significant miss of analysts’ book value per share estimates and a significant miss of analysts’ EPS estimates.

This quarter, analysts are expecting Unum Group’s revenue to grow 2.3% year on year to $3.31 billion, slowing from the 3.4% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $2.15 per share.
