US to allow transactions involving Lukoil and Caspian Pipeline Consortium, website shows

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -​The United ‌States issued general licenses ‌on Friday authorizing transactions involving certain Lukoil ⁠entities in ‌Bulgaria and petroleum services ‍and other transactions related to the ​Caspian Pipeline Consortium,‌ a posting on the Treasury Department’s website showed. ⁠

Another ​license also ​authorized companies to talk to Lukoil ‍about ⁠buying their foreign assets.
